When we do the home appliances assembling on the assembly line/production line/conveyor line, below problems should be paid attention to:
(1) The driven chain on the household appliance assembly line/home appliances assembly line, the bearings on the head and tail rollers and the small bearing rollers on the surface must be lubricated or lubricated irregularly to prevent strange noises when there is a lack of oil, and long-term lack of oil will also cause damage.
(2) The frequency converter and motor on the assembly line/conveyor line/production line should not be flooded. If they are not used for long time, the environment should be kept dry to avoid short circuit and burnout.
(3) If you want to use knives or sharp tools, you should be careful to avoid cutting the conveyor belt. Do not put or drop any items into the middle of the upper and lower belts. If you accidentally fall into items, the household appliance assembly line/home appliances assembly line should stand up and shut down and take out its items.
(4) When using the household appliance assembly line/production line/conveyor line, pay attention to the reasonable and uniform distribution of operators, and prepare maintenance personnel for important positions at any time, so as to deal with faults in time.
(5) When using the household appliance assembly line/production line/conveyor line/assembling line, the speed of the household appliance assembly line should be adjusted appropriately according to the different production efficiency. If the speed of the household appliance assembly line is too slow, it will affect the efficiency. Too fast may make the conveying materials unstable and easy to fall and slide.
(6) Strictly use the lubricating oil specified in the instruction manual of the household appliance assembly line/assembling line/production line/conveyor line and replace the lubricating oil in time.
(7) Please do the regular maintenance and cleaning of the household appliance assembly line/home appliances assembly line/production line/assembling line/conveyor line, and pay attention to the regular and timely maintenance.
(8) It is best to adjust the frequency converter of household appliance assembly line /home appliances assembly line/production line/assembling line/conveyor line to zero when it is turned off, so as to avoid some unwanted losses caused by objects on the belt when it is turned on. If the assembly line of home appliances does not have the function of positive and negative rotation, it is better not to design the reverse function of the frequency converter. The home appliances assembly line/production line/conveyor line/assembling line can lock its function, so as to avoid the friction damage of running edge caused by the reverse rotation of the belt.
(9) Please check the reducer of household appliance assembly line whether the internal oil is enough from time to time. It can be seen from a circular small window outside. If there is a lack of oil or insufficient oil, the friction of the internal gears will increase. Long term work in this case will polish and damage the gears so that they cannot be used. When the equipment is used for half a year or a year, it is best to replace the oil.
(10) Under normal circumstances, the household appliance assembly line/production line/assembling line/conveyor line should be linear, that is, a horizontal line. It should be cut and stretched by mistake, and its push bending deformation should be avoided, so as to avoid belt running edge. When the conveyor belt is running and scraping, it is best to find a job transfer person to debug it in case of urgency. Sometimes, if the situation is serious, the belt will be drawn into the large drum. If such a situation occurs, the motor should be turned off immediately.
