- Turn on the main power switch to check whether the equipment power is normally supplied and whether the power indicator is on. Proceed to the next step after it is normal. Close the power switch of each circuit to check whether it is normal.
- Under normal conditions, the equipment does not act, the operation indicator of the assembly line equipment is not on, the power indicator of the frequency converter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the frequency converter is normal.
- During the operation of the assembly line equipment, it is necessary to strictly abide by the rules of the articles in the design of the transported articles and the design capacity of the assembly line equipment. It shall be noted that all kinds of personnel shall not touch the moving parts of the assembly line equipment, and non professional personnel shall not touch the electrical components and control buttons at will.
During the operation of the equipment in the full-automatic assembly line, the rear stage of the frequency converter cannot be disconnected. If the repair demand is determined, it is necessary to stop the frequency conversion operation, otherwise the frequency converter may be damaged. The operation of the automatic assembly line equipment is stopped. Press the stop button to cut off the main power supply after all the systems are stopped.
- Start the electrical equipment in sequence according to the process flow. After the last electrical equipment is started normally, the motor or other equipment has reached normal speed and normal condition, and then start the next electrical equipment.
