The independent workbench assembly line equipment adopts aluminum guide rail or steel frame structure. The reducer motor drives the chain to move. The two sides of the tooling plate are placed on the chain to drive the logistics. The workers assemble and operate on the tooling plate. Each station is equipped with a stop stopper, which can control the running and stopping of the tooling plate on each station. An automatic lifting system or a jacking traverse device is set at both ends of the assembly line. The electrical part adopts PLC programming and variable frequency speed regulation, It is controlled by photoelectric sensor travel switch. The equipment runs stably and reliably. It is safe and convenient to operate. It can be equipped with lighting lamps, gas circuit, lifting path, operation guide book shelf, multi-functional socket, etc.
The conveying assembly line is applicable to small machinery, electrical appliances, electronics, instruments, lamps, toys, locomotives, handicrafts, fitness appliances, assembly, commissioning, inspection, transmission, packaging and other continuous production processes. This type assembly line is also named belt conveyor line, because it adopt anti-static PVC conveyor belt to support the products working pieces running on the conveying line to feed the materials to the operators which stand or sit at two sides of the conveyor assembly line. Variable frequency speed regulation: 0.5-5 m/min adjustable, other speed ranges is variable, equipped with long strip connected or independent worktable, air source, lighting and socket system devices.
