Product Introduction
The chains can be changed to carbon steel chains, nylon chains. They can be used for LED light PCB assembly lines and can be manual insertion pcb assembly line. Also we also provide belt conveyor with cooling fan which connected to wave soldering machine.

PCB Inserting Conveyor is also call PCB Insertion assembly Line and PCB Inserting production line. It can be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel and carbon steel.
As usual, this product is 2.4 meter and 3 meter, or custom length. and it can be adjustable, the adjustable range of width also can be 50-400 mm, the adjustable range of height is ± 30 mm.
The insert line can be divided into manual plug-in line and chain automatic plug-in line, suitable for multi-specification circuit board plug-in process. The PCB conveyors plug-in line style have single side, double side, turning plug-in line. There is electric control by frequency conversion, stepless speed regulating motor, electronic speed regulating motor. There are air pipe, fan, process card rack, instrument panel, sockets and tool box for available.
